Mrs. Cloyes Harwell, daughter of the late Willie Strickland and Helton Blackwell, was born in Tiplersville MS. She was married to William S. Harwell and he preceded her in death. Mrs. Harwell would often spend her time sitting with clients at the North Mississippi Regional Center in Oxford MS. She was always known to be in good spirits, loving, and caring. She always had a story to tell and a home full of love to anyone she met. She never met a stranger nor a child in need that she wasn't willing to help. Mrs Harwell enjoyed church, cooking, babysitting, fishing, attending gospel singing events, visiting the sick and shut in, and traveling to see her siblings in Indianapolis, IN.
