Christopher Bernard Martin

Christopher Bernard Martin, son of Lucy Mae Frison Martin and the late Bobby Lee Martin, Sr., was born February 14, 1972, in Racine, Wisconsin. He attended J. I. Case High School where he graduated with the class of  "1991."

Chris, as he was affectionately known was united in matrimony to Victoria Burnett and to this union one child was born, Dasha Martin. In 2008, Chris moved to Abbeville, Mississippi to be with his family and gained employment working in the food service industry.

On Thursday, April 24, 2025, while in his home, Christopher made a swift transition from this mortal life to eternal life. He is lovingly survived by and leaves to cherish his memory: his two daughters: Feniguese C. Smith-Martin and Dasha Martin both of Racine, WI; five grandchildren: Naim Q. Smith, D'Adrian L. Smith-Adams, Bruce W. Johnson, Jr., Armonie H. Lynch and Da'Nharia D. Bostick, all of Racine, WI; his mother: Lucy Mae Martin of Abbeville, MS; his brother; Bobby Lee Martin, Jr. (Sharon) Martin of Oxford, MS; uncles: Larry (Angella) Owens and Delwayne (Leann) Owens both of Detroit, MI, Eddie (Cindy) Martin and Kenney M. Owens of Appleton, WI, James Owens of Ferndale, MI, Ray Rogers of Atlanta, GA, Jimmy Rogers of Syracuse, NY, Clifton Houston, Sr. of  Abbeville. MS, Willie (Sharon) Frison of Louisville, KY and Robert Frison of Las Vegas, NV; aunts: Addie Jean Martin-Jones of Oak Park, MI, Allie B.
