Fannie Wilson Obituary

Fannie Clara Walker Wilson was born November 16, 1939 in Pontotoc County, Mississippi to the late Henry Hampton and the late Margaret Herron.

Fannie was united in matrimony to George Alex Wilson, who preceded her in death. She was a homemaker and loved to eat. She enjoyed watching old television shows. While living in Chicago, Fannie worshiped with the Methodist church.

On Wednesday morning, September 5, 2018, at the Yalobusha County Nursing Home, her mission was completed and she was called home to be with the Lord. Now she’s in a better place and has joined her parents, her husband and siblings, Robert Bradford, and Raymond Hampton.

She leaves to cherish her memory: two daughters, Lillie Walker Lipsey and Annie Walker both of Oxford MS; ten grandchildren, numerous great grandchildren, three brothers: Jessie Bradford and Mose Marshall both of Pontotoc MS, and Silas Bradford of Oxford MS; and a sister: Earlean Robinson. She also leaves a host of nieces nephews, cousins, other relatives

Friends and family have shared their relationship to show their support.
