Gloria "Stut" Campbell

Gloria “Stut” Campbell was born January 13, 1970, in Oxford, Mississippi to the union of Farristeen Lewis Price and Robert Lee Price.

“Stut” received her early education in the Oxford School district and attended the Resurrection House of Prayer, under the leadership of her aunt, Pastor Alice Blackmon. She enjoyed cleaning, listening to music and she loved her children.

On Tuesday, November 16, 2021, after a life plagued with illness, the Lord saw fit to give Gloria “Stut” Campbell, eternal rest. She lived her entire life in Oxford and her radiant smile, generosity, an comical personality will surely be missed by all who knew and loved her.

She is loving remembered by her loving grandmother: Mother Mary Alice Lewis of Oxford MS; her father: Robert (Mary) Lewis of Oxford MS; her children: Manisha (Sharaikra) Campbell of Pontotoc MS, Antonio (Tiyanna) Gilliom and Viesta Campbell both of Oxford MS; two brothers: Robert (Shirley) Lewis, Jr., of Water Valley MS and Dominic (Tina) Archie of St. Louis MO; two sisters: Michelle (James) Cooper of Memphis TN and Brenda Lewis of Oxford MS; eight grandchildren and one great grandchild; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
