Mrs. Jacqueline Renise Flemmons-Toney was born March 1, 1969, in Lafayette County, Mississippi to Norma Jean Marion and James Draper.
She professed a hope in Christ at Jeffrie Chapel Missionary Baptist Church in Abbeville, MS.
“Jackie or Peaches,” as she was often called, was reared by her late great grandmother, Ada Couch Goolsby, and mother. She attended Lafayette County Schools. She enjoyed playing her favorite sports, basketball and track & field, for the Lafayette Commodores.
Jackie had a very big heart and outgoing personality throughout her school days. Jackie earned her General Education Diploma after giving birth to her first born, Marvin. She was employed by Baptist Memorial Hospital – North Mississippi for several years until she began experiencing issues with her health.
On March 15, 2011, she was united in matrimony to Fradell Toney.
Jackie had a great passion for animals, especially cats, dogs, chickens, and horses – she had a name for every one of them. And that’s how she spent her time, in the yard feeding and talking to her animals. She also enjoyed watching her western movies, singing, working in the garden, and riding with her husband in his truck. Jackie was also a great cook.
On Friday, December 31, 2021, at Baptist Memorial Hospital – North Mississippi, the Lord whispered to Jackie, “come home and rest peacefully.”
