Mary Diane (Price) Holley

Mary Diane Holley, 66 of Oxford, MS was born on December 31, 1952 to Eloyce Hampton and the late Ross Carothers. 

Ms. Holley was a member of Buford Chapel United Methodist Church

Ms. Holley was employed at the University as a cook. She loved cooking, being surrounded by family and friends, being on Facebook and making people laugh.

She is proceeded in death by one daughter, Mignon Price.

Mary leaves to cherish her memories, her mother Eloyce Hampton of Oxford, MS; one son, Mark Anthony Price of Abbeville, MS; two daughters, Shae (Richard) Burnett of Abbeville, MS and LaToya Price of Oxford, MS; two brothers, Tony Hampton and George Carothers both of Oxford, MS; one sister, Patricia Hampton of Oxford, MS; four grandchildren and two great grand-children.
