Mildred Ann Alford

Mildred Ann Alford was born February 1, 1956 to the late R.D. and Susie Mae Manning Alford in Oxford, MS. 

She was a member of Second Missionary Baptist Church and remained a member until her death. Mildred received her education from Oxford School District. 

She enjoyed walking, listening to gospel music, spending time with her family, and being with children.

Mildred passed away Saturday, April 17, 2021 at Oxford Health and Rehab in Oxford, MS. She will truly be missed by her family, friends, church family, and community.

Left to cherish her memories are her children, Marvin Alford (Delinda) and Lee Eric Alford (Keshionna) both of Oxford, MS; sister, Dessie Fox of Oxford, MS; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.

She is preceded in death by her parents, three brothers, Marvin Alford, Joe Lewis Manning, and William Alford; sisters, Lina Mae Mosby, Beatrice Houston, Linda Sue Houston Means, and Lena Mae Wilborn.
