Robert Earl Price

Mr. Robert Earl Price, son of Isaac Daniel Price, Sr. and Elnora Moss Price, was born in Lafayette (Oxford) County, MS on February 19, 1958.

Robert accepted Christ at an early age and became a member of Buford Chapel U.M. Church and later joined Clear Creek M.B. Church where he remained a member until his death. 

He received his education from Lafayette County schools and later enlisted in the United States Army.

Robert, affectionately known to many as "Fly," loved helping others and he really enjoyed fixing up cars. He was a self employed professional painter by trade as was also known for his Steve Harvey suits. Due to his fashionable suits, he acquired the name "Super Fly." Robert's favorite past time included watching his favorite tv shows, Wrestling and Gun Smoke. He also adored and loved his family, especially his children. 

Robert was married to Florine Wilson and to this union three children were born. On Thursday, July 5, 2018, while surrounded by his family. he made his transition from this mortal life to an immortal life.

He is lovingly remembered by his wife, Florine Price; his children, Rhodesia Wilson, Robert Price, Jr., Rhomara Price, Moriah Price, and Antonio Manning all of Oxford, MS; five grandchildren; one brother, Eugene Price (Roberyre) of Chicago, IL; sisters, Emma Malone and Tanice (Ira) Upshaw both of Oxford, MS, Hazel Coleman and Linda Green both of Jackson, MS; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends. 

He was preceded in death by his parents and one brother, Isaac Price, Jr.
