Ruthie McEwen Obituary
Ruthie Genel McEwen was born August 29, 1954 in Oxford, MS to Dennis and Minnie Lillian McEwen.
She was employed as an Accounting Clerk at North Mississippi Rural Legal Services and a member of Beverly United Methodist Church.
Ruthie was preceded in death by one grandson, Nehemiah Hodges.
On Monday, December 21, 2020, Ruthie was called home to be with the Lord. She is survived by her children, Landria Davis, Kwan Petty, and Shanda Petty, four grandchildren, parents, Dennis and Minnie McEwen, brothers, Herbert McEwen and William McEwen (Bobbie) all of Oxford, MS and host of other relatives and friends.
A memorial service honoring Ruthie will be held at a later date.
