Stephen Vincent Miller was born August 28, 1975 at Oxford-Lafayette County Hospital to the union of his parents, William Earl and Annetia Faye McGlown Miller. He was one of two children born to his mother and one of three born to his father.
He professed a belief in Christ at the age of 12 and was baptized and joined Armstead Chapel C.M.E. Church, now Christ Temple C.M.E. Church.
Stephen attended and received his formal education at Oxford City Schools and graduated in 1993. After graduating high school, he attended and graduated from the University of Mississippi. He majored in English and minored in Speech and Hearing Anomalies.
After college, Stephen moved to Tennessee and worked as an armed guard. He then decided that he wanted to follow in his father’s footsteps and try the field of logistics. He attended Road Masters Driver School of West Memphis in Memphis, TN. This was his dream career, he thoroughly enjoyed logistics. After years of driving trucks, his health began to decline and he suffered from various conditions but he did not let that stop him from doing what he loved to do.
In the early morning hours on Monday, May 10, 2021 at his home, Stephen traded his earthly life for eternal life with the Lord.
